Appointments
We see patients by appointment with the exception of allergy shots. Patients are welcome to walk-in anytime for allergy shots during our posted hours.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment with the doctor, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice so that we may give your appointment to someone else in need.
Prescription Refills
For prescription refills, please contact our office by phone. Please allow 48 hours to process prescription refill requests. As a general policy, we do not request refills after hours or on weekends.
Financial / Insurance
We accept most major health insurance plans. To confirm that we accept your insurance plan, we encourage you to contact our office
to confirm. For those patients who are uninsured, we offer competitive self-pay pricing.
At the time of your visit, please be prepared to pay any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered services. For your convenience, we accept cash, FSA and debit/credit cards.
Patient Registration
For the convenience of our patients, we offer online registration using Updox software.
